For agencies & marketing teams
A senior strategist on your team, without adding to your team.
You already have designers, writers and media buyers. What's missing is the person who pressure-tests the strategy before it reaches the client — and that person doesn't have to be on your payroll.
How the arrangement works
Your name on the work. Always.
I work white-label by default. Strategy documents, audits and content plans arrive client-ready — formatted, finished and free of my branding — so your agency presents them as its own. Nothing I produce for you carries my name unless you ask it to.
You decide how visible I am. I can join a client call introduced as a senior strategist on your team, or stay entirely behind the scenes and brief you before the meeting so you walk in with the answers. Both happen regularly, and neither changes the quality of the thinking.
What you keep
- The client relationship — I never approach or contract your clients.
- The credit. The work ships under your agency's brand.
- Control of scope, cadence and how much your client is told.
- Confidentiality as the default position, in writing if you'd like it.
What this looks like in practice
Four situations agencies bring me.
The pitch you can't afford to lose
You're two weeks out from presenting to a client who's worth the year. I build the strategy behind the pitch and you present it as your agency's thinking.
The retainer client who's plateaued
Output is fine, results are flat, and the renewal conversation is coming. I audit the account and hand you a client-ready document with a credible reset.
The call that needs a senior voice
Your client wants strategic depth on the quarterly call. I join as part of your team, cover that conversation, and leave the relationship exactly where it was.
The bottleneck at approval
Every piece of creative waits on you. I take on batch review at a set cadence so work keeps moving and quality doesn't drift while you're busy.
Bring me the account you're stuck on.
One call, no pitch deck. We'll work out whether a one-off document or ongoing support fits your agency better.
